Suzuki Ecstar MotoGP-Style Leather Suit — 2020 Livery

Finished in the blue, white and black Suzuki Ecstar team colourway as raced through the 2020 MotoGP season. This is a one-piece suit built for riders who want the works-team look with a fit that's actually made for their body, not pulled off a rack.

Livery

The panel layout follows the 2020 factory scheme — deep blue base with white side panels and a black lower leg, with the Ecstar branding area left plain so you can add your own graphics or leave it clean. Every colour section is dyed hide cut as a separate panel, not a printed surface, so the colour doesn't wear off under abrasion or repeated flexing at the seams.

Construction

• Full-grain cowhide, 1.2–1.4mm through the body; kangaroo leather available on request for a lighter build at the same abrasion rating
• Double-layer reinforcement at the shoulder, elbow, hip and knee — the four points that take the first impact in a fall
• Internally stitched seams with bonded nylon thread through the primary abrasion path, so the thread isn't the first thing to contact the ground
• Accordion stretch gussets at the lumbar, behind the knee and at the inner elbow, so the suit sits in its relaxed shape when you're tucked over the tank rather than when you're standing upright

Protection

• CE-certified armour to EN 1621-1 at shoulder, elbow, hip and knee — Level 2 available at every position
• Back protector certified to EN 1621-2
• Removable armour pockets throughout for washing or upgrading

Fit and comfort

• Perforated panels at the chest, inner arm and thigh for airflow on hot days or long track sessions
• Aerodynamic hump on the upper back, available plain or with a hydration bladder pocket
• Replaceable external TPU knee sliders
• Stretch collar and cuffs so the suit doesn't restrict head movement mid-corner
