Shipping Policy
Every suit we sell is made to order in our own workshop, which means shipping times work differently than they would for a stocked product. This page explains what to expect from order to delivery.
Production time
Because each suit is cut and stitched to your measurements after you order, please allow 1-2 weeks for production before your order ships. Suits requiring fully custom colourways or embossing may take longer — the specific lead time for any given product is shown on its product page and confirmed again in your order confirmation email.
During high-demand periods (e.g. race season), lead times may extend. We'll notify you by email if your order's timeline changes materially from what was quoted at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your suit ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay us or in your shipping cost. We're unable to predict what these charges will be, as they vary by country and shipment value — please check with your local customs office if you want an estimate before ordering.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at blackbravo313@gmail.com — we can usually correct it before the order ships, but not after.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before unpacking further, and contact us at blackbravo313@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, contact us and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
